1. Who we are
SmarterUni Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices in Berlin and San Francisco ("SmarterUni", "we").
2. What you agree to by using the service
- You are at least 16, or you have a parent/guardian who consented for you.
- You will not use the service to harm, harass, or deceive others.
- You own the work you publish, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it.
3. Payments & refunds
Track fees are charged when you enrol. If you complete week one and ask to leave, we refund in full. After that, refunds are pro-rated. See pricing.
4. Credentials
Credentials issued by SmarterUni are signed records of completed work — they are not academic degrees. We make no guarantee of employment.
5. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend accounts that violate our safety policy or that abuse the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing here limits liability we can't lawfully limit.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, with EU consumer rights preserved for EU residents.
